I am a human-centered designer, researcher, and strategist. Through my practice, writing, and coaching, I work to expand the purpose and potential of design to be a key process for creating more equitable systems, inclusive communities, and responsive leaders.

Currently a Senior Director of Design Research at Coforma, I led a participatory process that informed the US federal government’s response to Long Covid.

Previously, as a member of Greater Good Studio, I led projects addressing barriers to Black and Latinx homeownership and increasing access to childcare in rural communities.

I also co-founded Why We Work Here, an experiential program designed with educators that taught co-design and adaptive leadership skills in civics classes. The program was grounded in firsthand research that explored how groups across the country achieved measurable change through inclusive, shared-power approaches.

I hold a Master’s in Urban Planning from MIT, where I studied how the creative process can build community agency, power, and leadership.
